Hello! Welcome to our classroom web page. Let me first give you some information on myself. This is my seventh year at Christ Lutheran School. I have taught 4th grade and Jr. High writing and computer courses in the past. This will be my second year teaching 3rd grade. I am a graduate of Wayne State College and Concordia College. This spring I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in Education. In August I received an endorsement for K-12 Technology.

My family life consists of my 3 year old daughter, Maggie, and 10 month son, Charlie. My husband, Andy, and I have been married for 7 years.

Since I was a little girl I dreamed of becoming a teacher. My fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Wiggins, is my inspiration and helped guide me to the education field. I love working with children and getting to that moment of “a ha!” when we have struggled so hard and finally the light bulb turns on.
