Christ Lutheran School Tuition Assistance

Christ Lutheran School strives to keep tuition rates as low as possible. Our cost per student is 1/2 the cost per student of the Norfolk Public School system or state of Nebraska.

The Christ Lutheran School Foundation contributes funds to reduce the overall cost per student for all students.

Christ Lutheran School is a mission of Christ Lutheran Church, and additionally supported by the members of Grace Lutheran Church, Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, and Our Savior Lutheran Church. Christ, Grace and Mt. Olive churches pay 65% or more of the cost per student. Our Savior pays 60%

Christ Lutheran School will not turn students away because of inability to pay. Families with financial need should submit an application for assistance. Two organizations administer assistance to families. These organizations are:

  • Children's Scholarship Fund of Omaha - applications are due April 12. Click here for more information.
  • Christ Lutheran School Assistance - applications are due July 1. Click here to apply.

Another way to reduce tuition is to purchase SCRIP for local stores as well as national chains. Both families and others may purchase SCRIP to benefit a given family.
